Report a Robin Sighting
Robin (kakaruai / toutouwai) are making a comeback in the coastal areas of the Abel Tasman National Park, thanks to predator control and native plantings.
From 6 to 31 January 2025 we are asking visitors to report robin sightings (see the form and map below) so we can learn more about how they are doing.
Every robin counts – your report will help us protect these friendly native birds.
