A haven for boaties, kayakers and trampers, Anchorage is a popular destination in the Park.

Our camera is located on the ridge behind Anchorage and looks across the bay with glimpes of Tonga Island in the distance.  
Pitt Head is prominent in the foreground – it was once the site of a Māori pā (fortified village).
