Abel Tasman Kākā chicks are bringing the forest to life

Project Janszoon Ornithologist Ron Moorhouse and Project Director Bruce Vander Lee were interviewed by  independent Auckland radio station 95bFM about the recent breeding success of kāka in the Abel Tasman National Park. You can listen here about the work that has gone into pest protection and monitoring so that these iconic bush parrots can raise their chicks close to the coastal track for the first time in decades.
